Gebr. Van den Eijnden celebrates 125 years - EUROMOVERS
01 Mar 2023

EUROMOVERS member Gebr. Van den Eijnden  in The Netherlands is 125 years old this year.  The company was founded in 1898 by Hendrik van den Eijnden. He took care of the transport of the luggage of tram passengers with a handcart, and from there eventually the moving company emerged. The handcart was later exchanged for a horse and carriage, and in the 1920s the first truck was introduced. Due to increased prosperity, moving services only really started to bloom in the 1950s. Both nationally and internationally.

The company has several activities planned throughout the year to celebrate with its customers, employees and suppliers.
