Atlas World Group, Inc., the parent company of Atlas® Van Lines, Inc., has named Kristine Kelly Director of Risk Management. Prior to joining Atlas, Kristine served as Senior Manager of Risk and Insurance for Equitable Holdings Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina.
In this role, Kristine will work closely with the Atlas Safety Department to communicate and implement training and incentive programs to continue to promote a safe work culture in the organisation. She will be responsible for providing analyses of detailed claim information to identify trends and opportunities for the greatest impact, with an emphasis on determining how best to allocate insurance programme costs to participating members.
“Atlas is looking forward to seeing Kris excel in this new role,” said Stacie Banks, Vice President, Finance, Atlas Van Lines. “Her extensive knowledge and experience in risk management will make her an invaluable asset to the Atlas team.”
Kristine joins Atlas with a broad insurance and risk management background. “I am excited for the opportunity to serve the Atlas team in this important role,” she said. “I look forward to applying my expertise to mitigate future risk and better the organisation as a whole.”
