Atlas World Group has announced that Julio Yumpe has been hired as senior director of data management. Prior to joining the Atlas team, Julio served as manager of IT architecture for a cloud-based loan company.
In his new role, Julio will develop and execute the Atlas World Group data strategy, including the business needs of the company’s ten subsidiaries and stakeholders. He will lead a data team that ensures the security, privacy, integrity, and availability of data in operational, reporting and analytics data environments.
Jack Griffin, Chairman and CEO of Atlas World Group said, “We are excited to welcome Julio to our team to provide invaluable data-forward business value to our stakeholders. Julio has an extensive background in information technology design and will be a major asset as we continue to make technology and data the driving force behind our strategic operations.”
Julio joins Atlas with extensive experience in IT architecture and data processing. In his previous role as IT architecture manager for LenderDoor, he was responsible for leading the design and development of a highly available and fault-tolerant web and mobile lending platform at all stages from concept, development, testing and release.
