Warehouse Operations Update – Our strategically located Middle East warehouse continues to serve as a vital hub for your shipments, offering secure storage, timely handling, and efficient dispatching. Recent enhancements include upgraded inventory management systems, expanded storage space, and strengthened security protocols, ensuring your goods remain safe and accessible. These improvements reinforce our commitment to reliability, transparency, and operational excellence.

Shipping & Air Operations Update – Based on inputs from ISS Relocations, the current regional situation is as follows:

Sea Operations:

• Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar: Ports are currently closed, temporarily suspending shipments.
• UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia: Operations continue with adjustments. In the UAE, major ports including Jebel Ali and Khor Fakkan remain functional with extended lead times. Oman and Saudi Arabia continue limited operations through key ports. ROQAD movement remains open to the majority of destinations, and alternative routing or consolidation options are available to minimize disruptions.

Air Operations:

• Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar: Airports are closed, suspending cargo and passenger flights.
• UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia: Key airports remain operational. In the UAE, Dubai International (DXB) and Abu Dhabi (AUH) continue cargo operations, while Muscat (Oman) and Riyadh/Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) handle shipments with adjusted schedules and limited capacity. Customers are advised to confirm flight availability in advance, especially for urgent shipments.

Compliance & Operational Guidance – All air and sea operations adhere to international safety, customs, and documentation standards. Members and customers are encouraged to follow updated guidelines for labeling, documentation, and customs clearance to ensure smooth transit.
