On 17 April,Atlas® Van Lines announced a new partnership with Move4U, a provider of digital solutions in the moving and storage industry. This collaboration introduces the CrewPro software platform to Atlas Van Lines’ operations which, the company says, marks a significant step in the its digital transformation journey.
CrewPro is a robust and expandable electronic inventory system that offers a unified and streamlined process for all types of shipments and paperwork. Professional moving companies can upload local documents, such as disassembly forms and packing material receipts, making billing and documentation more flexible and transparent, and ensuring an accelerated payment process with fewer administrative delays.
“Digital transformation and early adoption is crucial for maintaining our leadership in the industry and meeting customer expectations for modern, efficient service,” said Benjamin Johnson, Atlas Van Lines Senior Director of Operations.
Ace Relocation, an Atlas agent, has been a pioneer in testing and implementing CrewPro. Ace Relocation was also an early adopter Yembo.ai® in 2022. “Customers will benefit from legible, electronic documents that are accessible through their personal portal,” said Mike McHugh, Vice President of Operations at Ace Relocation. “The moving process can be challenging for clients, so we want to do what we can to help make these transitions more seamless which aligns with our commitment to providing top-notch service.”
Move4U seeks to streamline services with paperless documentation and inventory operations while improving every facet of the moving experience through technology such as CrewPro. “We are confident that this collaboration with Atlas Van Lines will flourish and provide streamlined processes for all customers,” said Joggie Taute, CEO at Move4U. “CrewPro’s full digitization and integration enhances the in-home inventory process with technology that is set to revolutionise industries in the coming decade.”
